We treat your information with the same care we would want for ourselves. Here is exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

Information we collect

We collect the details you give us when you create an account or apply for a loan: full name, NRC number and photo, selfie, email, phone numbers, current location, employment, marital status, next-of-kin contacts, and mobile money details. We also collect technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and how you use the app so we can keep your account safe.

How we use it

Your information is used to verify your identity (KYC), assess affordability, disburse and collect loans, prevent fraud, comply with Zambian law (including Bank of Zambia and Money-Lenders Act requirements), and improve our service. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the parties needed to deliver the service: mobile money operators (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel), credit reference bureaus, identity-verification partners, regulators, and law-enforcement when legally required. Each partner is bound by confidentiality.

How we protect it

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis. We continuously monitor for suspicious activity and require strong authentication for sensitive actions.

Cookies & tracking

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to measure how the app is performing. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or close your account. We retain core loan records for the period required by Zambian financial regulations and delete everything else on request.
